Yahoo Messenger merupakan salah satu Instant Messenger yang ada dan dikeluarkan oleh Yahoo. Ada tips dan trik agar kita dapat lebih menghemat bandwidth dari Yahoo Messenger ini (sangat berguna bagi pengguna internet quota based). Yaitu dengan menghilangkan iklan yang ada pada Window Yahoo Messenger. Ada beberapa yang harus kita lakukan agar dapat menghilangkan iklan ini.Karena berbeda versi, beda juga caranya.

Sering kali, kita mengirimkan file dengan menggunakan fasilitas Send File dari Yahoo Messenger. Selain praktis juga cepat. Akan tetapi, apabila kita menggunakan Yahoo Messenger versi 9.0.0.1912 maupun yang versi 9.0.0.2034, kita akan mengalami kesulitan dalam hal mengirimkan file melalui fasilitas Send File.

Kejadian Internet Explorer 7 yang tiba-tiba hangs atau not reponding ini sebenarnya telah lama terjadi pada Laptop saya. Hanya karena masih malas untuk mencari, kenapa koq sampai hal ini terjadi, sehingga lama IE-7 ga saya pakai. Tiap kali dipakai, kalau mau di tutup, selalu saja not responding, atau kadang membuka suatu link, keterangan pada status bar selalu connecting saja.

Sempat terpikirkan untuk uninstall dan kemudian install lagi IE-7 ini. Ternyata pada Add/Remove Program saya, pilihan tombol Remove tidak ada pada IE-7. Wew... tambah bingung, mesti gimana ini. Masa saya harus memiliki IE-7 tetapi tidak bisa dipakai, masa harus install ulang windows.. Jangan deh. Males.

Mungkin, kita pernah mengalami, bahkan sering mengalami. Proses yang dihasilkan oleh Apache (httpd) begitu banyak sehingga sangat-sangat memakan resource yang kita miliki. Apabila kita memiliki mesin yang powerfull, hal ini tidak begitu berpengaruh. Akan tetapi, apabila mesin yang kita miliki sangat terbatas resource nya, kita perlu men-tuning sedikit pada konfigurasi httpd-nya.

Seperti hal nya perubahan dari siang ke malam, perubahan musim panas ke musim penghujan. Dengan ada perubahan-perubahan tersebut, maka saya pun ingin adanya perubahan juga. Apakah perubahan yang ingin saya lakukan?

The highest resolution commercial Earth imaging satellite to date, the GeoEye-1, was launched over the weekend on a Delta-II rocket that carried the Google logo alongside the GeoEye logo on its side. The satellite was built as part of the U.S. National Geospatial Agency’s NextView program under which the agency shared the costs of engineering, construction and launch of new generation satellites to support the commercial satellite imaging industry. For the GeoEye-1 satellite the agency funded about US$237 million of the total $502 million price tag. The agency has also committed to buying imaging data from the satellite for at least the first year and a half of operations.
